Rolando Tayag is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in financial systems administration and various accounting functions. He joined C.O.P.E. in November 2024, bringing a strong background in private sector finance. Known for his adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, Rolando has a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high efficiency, and consistently achieving organizational goals.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of the Assumption, Philippines and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in Diamond Bar. Transitioning to C.O.P.E. has introduced him to new and exciting knowledge and experiences, broadening his professional perspective.
Outside of work, Rolando enjoys traveling, exploring diverse cultures and cuisines, cooking, watching movies, Tiktok, and cherishing time with family and friends.
