As you may already know that 2016 is a election year and the need for African Americans to Get Out To Vote, GOTV is greater then ever. COPE NEEDS VOLUNTEERS to assist with the campaign to engage the African American voters to get to the polls.

May 21 and 28 from 10:30am – 1:30pm COPE need individuals to canvass local neighborhoods.

Training and a light lunch will be provided.

The African American Civic Engagement Project is just one way California Calls is focusing on mobilizing the emerging electorate to the polls in 2016 and beyond. It is a key component of the 1 Million Voters Project to help create a new progressive pole and moving our state toward a brighter future for everyone.
