The Black Worker Summit is a united space where stakeholders and Black Workers collaborate for the justice and equity solutions required to improve Black futures. Our work serves to realize a California where advancing justice allows for the equity created around Black life to cascade into meaningful Black working conditions that sustain families and build vibrant communities.
