State Superintendent Candidate Conversations in San Bernardino

Ed Trust—West is proud to present State Superintendent Candidate Conversations in San Bernardino with Marshall Tuck and Assemblymember Tony Thurmond hosted by The Education Trust—West and co-hosted by local Inland Valley and state partners.

This Saturday’s dialogue (April 21st) is designed to give local educators, parents, students and community members the opportunity to learn more about Marshall Tuck’s plan for the future of California’s K-12 education system.

Lunch and Childcare Provided – Space is limited.

The Education Trust—West is recognized as a public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and, as a result, does not endorse or oppose any candidate for elected public office.

The Education Trust—West invited all Superintendent of Public Instruction candidates who had raised over $1 million dollars according to year-end filings for 2017.

The Education Trust-West is an Oakland-based statewide education policy, research, and advocacy organization that works for the high academic achievement of all students at all levels, pre-k through college. We expose opportunity and achievement gaps that separate students of color and low-income students from other youth, and we identify and advocate for the strategies that will forever close those gaps.
