DESCRIPTION:Greetings Community Leaders\, Community Partners\, and Champions\n \nWe are cancelling our May General Meeting\, regularly scheduled for May 19th\, to direct everyone to attend the Community Conversation with State Superintendent Candidate Tony Thurmond this Saturday\, May 12th from 10 am to 12 noon.  We will not have our regular meeting at New Hope Family Life Center but will be at San Bernardino Valley College to participate in the community conversation with candidates for the State Superintendent of Public Instruction. This conversation is designed to give local educators\, parents\, students and community members the opportunity to learn more about the candidate’s plan for the future of California’s K-12 education system.
